PRIME LOCATION This house is on the beach block, so close to the sand & boardwalk. Stroll down the boardwalk for coffee in the morning or to the restaurants at Newport Pier. It’s also walking distance to the grocery store and shops, and restaurants at Lido village. There’s a playground and basketball court at the end of the street, and 2 bikes are provided along with boogie boards and sand toys. The Oversized patio has a BBQ, a huge couch. It also has Air conditioning in the living room.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
